Most animals are curious about new stimuli, and will approach to investigate. It has nothing to do with how good (or bad) you're playing, but you are providing a novel experience for them. In the meantime, unless they become aggressive for any reason (they most likely won't), continue to do your thing.

Personally, I think it's pretty cool. How many people do you know that can charm wildlife with music? Post a youtube video and rake in the likes, friend.

I have parrots and they love it when I play music and sing to them. Same with garden birds too.

I am NOT trolling or making this up. I'm curious.

I play electric and classical, but I only play classical outside.

Whenever I go out in the yard to play, little garden birds swarm me. I am NOT making this up. I know how weird this sounds, but they come and gather round me and tweet. Usually they're scared to go near people, but they come quite close to me and chirp at me.

Are they scolding me for my bad playing? :( Is there any way to improve if I'm awful? Why do the little birds do this? What does it mean?
