Find a church or a soup kitchen that serves food for free or will give you some emergency money to make ends meet. I've benefited from the generosity of such churches that have what's called a benevolence fund. Just go in, explain your situation, and I'm sure they'll help. Then, make sure the food that you eat is high in calories, carbohydrates, and - to a lesser extent - protein, until you have enough money to eat normally again.
