A dog clicker doesn't work against geese. The best way to scare them is to challenge them. It's worked for me. Everytime a duck, goose, or even rooster shows a treat, I run at them and they run away. If they stand their ground, shout and they'll leave. Unless they have eggs. Then they'll attack you no matter what.

I doubt the tiny noise of a clicker would deter a goose. Try a Super Soaker water gun!

a little noise can scare the goose

So I was at the park today walking my dog and a goose hissed at me, so I put my dog in my arms to protect her and ran away. The goose flew after me and bit my jacket and I fell, but then it stopped. I don't want my dog to be injured by the goose next time so I wanted to know ways to scare a goose away.

Can I use a dog clicker?? You know the ones for training dogs. Will it scare them?? What else can I do?
