The best thing you could do is take it to an avian vet. If that's out of the question, you're probably gonna have to handfeed the small baby. There's commercial baby food you buy at a pet store. You'll need a brooder as you'll have to separate the baby from mama. The formula must be a certain temp, a certain consistency, and there's so much that can go wrong, even the most experienced breeders still lose babies. Vets will take on the task, your best bet. If you do handfeed, read everything you can, watch every video you can. There's so much to it. But you can't leave baby with mama to starve to death. Best of luck to you.
