Why are you hand feeding them? Hand feeding is for the most experienced breeders ever. The zebras will only be tame for about 3-4 months. Please don't hand feed them. It is so easy to kill them in a second. The tiny size of a zebra chick makes it even easier. You need to feed them every two hours, even at night. So please don't feed them.
If there parents have a history of killing their chicks than I would recommend a local breeder, if not then let them stay with their parents. If you are so set on this than you need to build them a suitable brooder with a heat source. And find a feeding schedule to how much to feed them and at what time intervals as this changes constantly as they grew up and when you start weaning them.
Please don't hand feed them if not absolutely necessary.
