You can purchase DVDs from the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquaitums (BIAZA) that hold data on species holdings. I cannot think of another way to find this information. The International Species Information System (ISIS) will hold the information too but no longer grant public access to their information. Both BIAZA and ISIS only hold data on their member zoos. Not all UK zoos are members of either or both these organisations. Consequently, you are unlikely to get an answer.
