How do animals evolve so creatively?

No thinking is involved. Natural selection is the process. Take for example the bulldog's snout. Humans created it by selective breeding and yet, there is no underlying plan. We just took what we liked and allow the animals that evolved a particular trait to breed. Nature does the same. An animal that had a random mutation that resulted in a particular trait will have more success in leaving descendants. Then further mutations in the same direction will be promoted by further success. It takes multiple rounds of mutations in the same direction for a trait to evolve, but natural selection makes sure it will only evolve in one direction by eliminating traits that evolve in other directions.

It didn't evolve. It was perfectly created by God. He created everything, including us. God loves all of his creation, including you!

God made it that way.

Example; The Hawaiian Bobtail Squid glows from below to mimic moonlight and remove shadows. That's thinking outside the box. How could it evolve so creatively without a human-like "evolved" brain?
