Just cover yourself in perfume, wear many flowers in your hair. Then, take a stepladder if you're short, grab the hive, and simply walk away with it.

The bees moved in under a deck box/bench that's on my lawn. We see them flying in and out occasionally. I lifted the bench around dusk and they seem to be going into the ground. I saw a honey comb sticking out of the ground a bit with 5-10 bees climbing around it. I put the bench back down before they could get angry.

I want to move them, but I don't want to kill them.
