I have heard from someone who raised domestic turkeys that they are so dumb they have to have a roof over them. Otherwise, he said - they would hold their mouth open when it rained and drink enough to actually drown.
Who put that crap in tour head? If turkeys died from wind changing directions there would be no turkeys.
