I'm pretty sure it's molting since it buried itself completely few days after we bought more sand, which was yesterday. My 7 year old sister took care of the hermit crab, researched on her own, and did a very good job, so I didn't bother researching much.
I found out hermit crabs need salt for molting just now, and I doubt my sister gave the hermit crab salt water. The hermit crab already started molting, so is it fine or no?
