Help w/ Identifying Bird (dead)?

That would be a Blue-gray Gnatcather.

Seems to be a bluebird of sort sort....Mountain or Eastern but the tail is too dark in center and too much white......but birds do have color variations. Not the right color of Indigo Bunting or Blue Grosbeak. Also it is still spring migration and could be an non-endemic species just passing through.

markie o is correct. It's a Blue-gray gnatcatcher.

It is a mountain bluebird, it has just been partially eaten. Interesting find!

Hopefully it's not offensive to ask this in the pets category, but I came across this bird on a trail I was walking in Western North Carolina and I was hoping someone here might be able to help me identify it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
