Did you get a better picture than that? It doesn't look like a bed bug by the way. A bed bug has a smaller head.

Could be a water bug, the picture sucks. If it's a brown tint and you see more in the future it could be a cockroach, unlikely though.

It's some kind of scarab beetle.

I found this bug just chilling out on my wood trim out in the open... Please tell me what kind of bug it is?!?!? Don't say bed bug! What other bug could it possibly be?
