No it really doesn't the form looks very misshapen. A bed bug has a shell one might think looks like a cockroaches and is very symmetrical. Also when it sheds it's skin it's a far more amber like color. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

It looks like a piece of dirt. Wash all bedding in hot water and check carefully around the seams and binding of your mattress and box springs. Check out the pictures on this link.
