The grizzly for sure!! Lions and Timberwolves are incapable of taking down large prey alone. They are pack hunters. Plus, the grizzly has such thick fur it would be hard for the lion to get it's claws to stick. The grizzly is able to wrestle unlike most of the enemies that the Timberwolf or the Lion face, so I think the grizzly would pretty much just shred either one to bits. They wouldn't stand a chance.
