Any mammal can have rabies, but rabies is extremely rare in small rodents like mice, and mice have never been known to transmit rabies to humans. That doesn't mean you shouldn't be careful. Even if the mouse doesn't have rabies, it could have some other illness that is causing it to behave strangely. If you attempt to kill or trap the mouse yourself, be sure to wear thick protective gloves and avoid coming into contact with any of the mouse's body fluids, including saliva and blood. If you don't feel comfortable handling the mouse yourself (and I wouldn't blame you) call an animal control service.

Rabie it's a bacteria that it mostly ,in soil ,injured animals,genetically contact with soil ,eating the dead carcase that it's spoil in the soil it cause the rabie .The bacteria can be distributed and also hosted by wild animals at any kind and human as well
