Different animals have differently coloured flesh. Chicken is pink but turns white when cooked. Many fish are red or pink as well (such as tuna and salmon).
Fish have blood and it is normally red because it contains haemoglobin. Just like humans, it has a circulatory system with blood and a heart that pump. If cut a fish's major vessel, you can see blood.
Because whenever I eat one. They have white flesh. They need blood far oxygen. So I am confused... Why isn't their flesh red like a cows?
