Don't worry, he is dead and he was dead. If it were alive, a fledgling would react if you touched it. It wouldn't even let you go near it.

Okay so around 6 days ago we found a baby bird and he died and I buried him. And i thought he was dead cause he seemed to have stopped breathing and didn't react when we touched him or even when we buried him. He was a nestling so his eyes were closed but now I can't stop worrying what if he was alive? Judging from this information what would you say? Thanks
