Just throwing a "birdy tantrum, because he wants you to do something but your not responding. Males can get aggressive about what their "mate" (you his owner) is doing ( or not doing).

You cockatiel is probably dosent want u to stop and the peaking park it that he just luvs u search it up it will help

So I've had my cockatiel is a year old now, male. When ever I let him beat my face or on my shoulders he sometimes randomly starts attacking my face, other times he'l cuddle and if I stop stroking him he attacks my face again!? Why does he do this!?
