Iwas bonded with ag but when I smoke near him he will bite me and get angry if he lay hand on cigarette he will shew on it but he hate the smell
Think of your bird as a baby a few months old. Would you leave a baby in a room like that? Parrots have very small lungs and air passes through them several times before it is expelled. The air is concentrated in the lungs to make them more efficient than small lungs will allow. In other words your bird will be breathing in concentrated smoke. I'm sure with the volume of smoke you describe, it travels through the house. This is not an ideal atmosphere for a bird.
I say keep him away from it they have very sensitive smells and are toxic to a lot of things.
It will not be healthy for your bird and certainly not for you.
I reccomend you dont. Birds are very sensetive to chemicals, they can actyually die from inhaling too much detergent or kitchen uses. Try avoid smoking next to him.
Well I will be getting an AG and I want to put it in the living room for the family to see and interact with. But they smoke alot of hookah and smoke fills the room so should I keep him in my room and take him out when they aren't smoking?Or will it not affect the bird.
