From what I can tell from the photo, it looks to be a juvenile Green Stinkbug. It won't develop wings until it's an adult.
We found this in San Diego, California, in a grassy park. It appears to be flightless. Six legs, and the yellow areas appeared more orangey in person. It was quite vibrantly colored.
