Pigs are probably the smartest farm animals. But as far as I know, none of them walk on their hind legs, speak, read, write, or choose to wear clothes.
"Animal Farm" is an allegory, where the animals represent different groups of humans.
Who knows how intelligent any animal can become if they were bred for intelligence. As an example, horses are generally not very bright. However a few of them are. What would happen if horses were bred for intelligence?
Only heritage breeds, like acorn-fed Berkshire's, can read and write. Your standard factory-farm, corn-fed pig breeds are as dumb as chickens.
In animal farm the pigs are really smart they talk they walk they read they write can pigs do that in real life too maybe? (A pig maybe was giving me a dirty look)
