Nope, it's illegal (National bird) and you certainly cannot get a licence for it XD Having a pet tiger is cool. I have a pet wolf-hybrid and in my state, I didn't need a permit.
You have to have a certain License to own exotic, endangered, or wild animals. That's the best thing I can tell you.
