So my budgie has a 3 week old budgie baby and is it ok if I take him/her inside without the mother trying to kill it or hurt it? Thanks

I do agree it is safe to handle the baby bird but I would have it out no longer then about five minutes until it's about 5weeks

Yes, it is okay to take the baby budgie out of its nest box and the mother budgie wouldn't hurt it. The mother would be worried if you take it out of the box for too long, though, because she is very protective of her chicks.
