Are you loud or anything around him? Did you never take the time to properly tame him and spend time with him? I can't really answer with little info.
I have had my budgie for about two years and he has never been particularly social.He will hop on my hand voluntarily and eat from it and talk to me sometimes but I have never felt like he actually likes me.Today when I put my hand in his cage he chatted to me for about 10 mins and then started pulling and biting at my nails,skin around my nails and my fingers.He bit my fingers so hard I had tears in my eyes.What can I do to stop this? Why does he dislike me so much?
