Just let it be, there isn't much you can do for it, and the leg has probably been that way for a while so it won't heal any further. I've seen birds survive for years with broken and missing legs.

Call an animal shelter for help but make sure that the bird is safe until they come. :)

i was just looking outside and i saw a grackle with a broken leg. it was eating and drinking fine but it's leg was completly sidways. is there anything i could do for it? it's still able to fly. and also will it heal or will it stay broken?
