
If this is in the US, I'd say it's likely to be one of the Cheiracanthium sac spiders (also often called Yellow Sac Spider).

I really can't see features needed to identify this. A larger spider may be a nursery web spider(fishing spider) or a smaller spider could be a sac spider.
It would really help to know where you are located, and have something in a closer photo to judge size.

That is a rare radioactive Indian deathspider. Do not look into its eyes or you will turn to stone. Not to be confused with the Medusa spider. I suggest you evacuate and burn the premises. Do not come within 100 miles of the building it is still radioactive.
I belive that is a water spider but I can't be sure. They hop in the water it is almost as if they're skating. I hope this is correct and helps you!!!
It is a jumping spider that sometimes is on land, but mostly on water. They hop
on the water and it looks like they aren't hoping just gliding.
