No dog will defeat a big cat, it would take tens of them. Tigers have killed more than twenty trained hunting dogs, and can chase off packs of thirty dholes.
The dog probably wouldn't even win in a fight with a 150 lb leopard. It would be no contest even for a small female tiger.
