Parakeets LOVE millet and if they have it in reach of their perch they won't want to eat anywhere else.
you should take down the millet spray and put it in their food bowl ( with no Bird seed ) then they will have to eat it there. then tomorrow do 50% millet and 50% birdseed in their bowl.and the next day do 25% millet 75% birdseed in their bowl. they should at least peck at the seeds, because they won't get enough food if they only eat the little millet in their bowl. just try to wean them off it, millet is a treat and should not be their main diet.

like carolyn said keets love millet, what I would do is take out the millet, and move the food dish as close to the where the millet was as possible. just watch them for a few days. they will eventually eat their food.
your giving them too much candy, they are refusing to eat their veggies.. is a way to look at it.
How long have you had them? They don't normally start eating for a while.
